Kickstarter of doomsday!

Surprise, surprise!  I’m going to talk about the Star Powered Kickstarter again in today’s blog post!  Garth and I have been like broken records over this past month, but from what I understand about advertising, repetition is key.  So surprise surprise!  I’m going to talk about the Star Powered Kickstarter again in today’s blog post!

This campaign has been hugely successful and we are so happy you want the coolest possible collection of Danica’s first adventure.  With seven days to go, we’re trying to reach our fourth and final stretch goal of making a hardcover edition of this book!  Hardcover is the fanciest of all versions when it comes to trade collections of comic books, after all.  And even if it doesn’t happen (though we hope it does!) we’re still going to deliver a pretty slick-looking book to you.

In other news, this Sunday and next Sunday I’ll be rejoining my malignant mistresses, The Slaughterhouse Sweethearts, for the return of our heavy metal burlesque show, SIRENS OF DOOMSDAY 2: BLACKER THAN DARKNESS.  I’ve spoken about my love of heavy metal many times, whether here in the blog or in my previous webcomic, and being part of a show that celebrates that genre of music is a huge thrill.  If you’re in the area, come by and watch me get coated in… well, that’s a giveaway, but I’ll be transformed into… oops, that’s a giveaway, too.  You’ll just have to come and see for yourself.
