And now a word from our sponsors.

With the conclusion of Issue 9 coming this week, we’re heading into another scheduled two-week break.  In the past we’ve done things like Observations (fan art), the Races of the Millennium Federation entries, and the occasional plug for things we’re doing (i.e. our Kickstarter campaign).  For this upcoming break, we’re going to be doing more plugs for more things we’re doing.  I guess you could call it an “ad break” or “a word from our sponsors,” only the sponsors are us.

During the following two weeks you’ll see us advertise things like Star Power & The Ninth Wormhole, our upcoming convention schedule, and various aspects of our Star Powered Patreon, such as the support tiers and our Milestone goals.  We’ve decided to do this because most people pay attention to whatever is in the comic space as opposed to these blogs, the convention schedule, or even the short blurbs beneath the Monday-Wednesday-Friday updates.

Rest assured that these ad breaks are not going to be a regular thing.  We still like filling the two-week breaks between Issues with goodies like fan art and galaxy-building lore.  The next storyline will make use of the between-Issue breaks in a whole new fashion, and we’re eager to show you fine folks what we have planned for the characters who survive this encounter with the Supernova Dragon Lords.

We now return to your regularly scheduled program.

About Michael

Michael Terracciano loves comic books, superheroes, outer space, and telling stories. His friends call him "Mookie." He spent the last ten years as the author and artist of the fantasy webcomic, "Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire." He enjoys spending time with his wife and their three cats. His favorite planet is Jupiter because it's awesome. He wants having superpowers to be fun again, and for this to be a universe you want to escape to, not from. He hopes you enjoy reading Star Power.
