Big news, everyone!

If you do a webcomic and you’re lucky enough to get a fair amount of loyal readers, they become like a family to you.  You see them at conventions, you read (and do your best to respond to) their emails, and you develop a relationship with them.  Like any family relationship, you develop a balance between doing what makes you happy and keeping them happy.  And, like any family, they appreciate it when you keep them informed of big changes in your life.

Whether you’ve been following me and Garth since our previous webcomics, or you’ve discovered us solely through Star Power, I consider you all part of my big internet family.  And like any family, I should keep you informed when a big change is on the way.

This has nothing to do with Star Power, comic books, webcomics, astronomy, heavy metal, professional wrestling, or any of the other things I tend to talk about in this blog, but it’s all I can think about.  So here we go.

I’m going to be a dad.

About Michael

Michael Terracciano loves comic books, superheroes, outer space, and telling stories. His friends call him "Mookie." He spent the last ten years as the author and artist of the fantasy webcomic, "Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire." He enjoys spending time with his wife and their three cats. His favorite planet is Jupiter because it's awesome. He wants having superpowers to be fun again, and for this to be a universe you want to escape to, not from. He hopes you enjoy reading Star Power.
