See for yourself, and beyond!

Today’s blog post is mostly about my previous webcomic.  It’s something I’ve been keeping relatively secret for some time, though I do believe I’ve mentioned it once or twice here in the blog section.  Now that ConnectiCon is around the corner, and this project is complete, I can finally make a formal announcement:

TriFocal Productions has been kind enough to produce a documentary called “SEE FOR YOURSELF: The Dominic Deegan Story!”  They approached me with the idea many months ago, and we’re proud to announce that it’s finally finished!  It’s an interview with yours truly, and for a little over thirty minutes I tell various stories about how the comic began, what I was doing before webcomics, and where things are going now that the story is over!  There are also some extras and outtakes, which my wife finds very amusing.

I say today is mostly about my previous work, because the final quarter of the DVD is an interview with both me and Garth, where we discuss our collaboration here on Star Power.  We also share stories about how we met, how working together has changed our approach to making comics, and other tales.

This will be premiering at ConnectiCon next weekend.  We’ll be selling the copies we have available, and judging by the interest there we may offer it up for online sale or digital download! ConnectiCon is step one.  We’ll keep you fine folks posted from there!

About Michael

Michael Terracciano loves comic books, superheroes, outer space, and telling stories. His friends call him "Mookie." He spent the last ten years as the author and artist of the fantasy webcomic, "Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire." He enjoys spending time with his wife and their three cats. His favorite planet is Jupiter because it's awesome. He wants having superpowers to be fun again, and for this to be a universe you want to escape to, not from. He hopes you enjoy reading Star Power.
