Sleek and futuristic.
As you can see, the site got a complete overhaul last week. We think the launch went very well. We’re still ironing out some wrinkles, tweaking some things, finding what’s missing and working fast to replace it. Overall, we’re excited about the site’s new look and we think it’s going to make for a better, sleeker, hopefully faster reading experience.
We’ve been grateful for all the feedback we’ve received about the new site as well! The compliments we receive are very much appreciated (on behalf of the team who actually put this thing together), critiques are considered and implemented where we think there may be an actual problem, and folks pointing out where things are missing/broken will help us get everything back to normal faster than you can say “warp speed.” Maybe not literally that fast, but you get the idea.
As someone who’s prone to breaking technology by merely being in its presence, I confess I was fearing the worst when the site was preparing to launch. I had nightmares of the site irreparably breaking and everyone blaming me for its destruction and Garth leaving me to work with someone else and yes I’m aware this is all ridiculous worrying but that’s what my brain does when it’s faced with major changes like this.
We hope you folks like the new site as much as we do!
