Holidays… in space!

I enjoy the holidays.  Overall, it’s a nice time of year.  It’s not perfect, but there are some really positive things about the holidays that always bring a smile to my face.  There are also some things that make me want to tear my hair out.

Things I find awesome things about the holidays: – Christmas lights in public places, like main streets. – The “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” theme song. – Psychostick’s Christmas album.  “Silent Night!  AAAAAAAAAH!” – Cookies. – The inevitable argument and/or emotional breakdown someone in my family will have.  Makes for a great story later. – The look on someone’s face when they open that awesome Secret Santa / Yankee Swap gift you put into the grab bag.

Things I find awful things about the holidays: – Shopping. – Black Friday. – Inflatable Christmas decorations on front lawns. – “A Wonderful Christmas Time” by Paul McCartney & Wings. – Anyone who utters the phrase “War On Christmas.”

As far as holiday gifts go, don’t forget we have a treasure trove of stuff around here!  We’ve got a Shark Robot store where you can buy Garth’s artwork and t-shirts; you can purchase or download copies of our first three Issues through Quick Comics and DriveThru Comics, respectively; and you can reserve your copy of the first Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire omnibus!
